Structured childcare at TotalCare is designed to support children 3month to 5 years old in a calm, engaging environment while parents work with focus and peace of mind. Our program follows age-appropriate routines with attentive caregivers, low ratios, and intentional activities that encourage development and security. Every detail is built to ensure children feel safe, supported, and cared for—so parents can stay present and productive just steps away.

Work + Childcare members reserve childcare in advance based on their selected plan, with consistent days and times to support routine and predictability for both parents and children. We serve infants 3 months up to preschool age of 5 years to ensure developmentally appropriate care. Age availability may vary based on current enrollment and ratios. Specific age details are shared during your tour and intake process.
