What is TotalCare Studio?
Exploring a new model for the future of work for women.
In this first phase, we are intentionally bringing together coworking, childcare, and wellness into one integrated space—designed to support how women actually live and work. This is where we refine the overall well-being for working mothers.
This space is more than a studio—it’s a living model.
TotalCare is being developed as a case study for a scalable approach to maternal infrastructure. The insights, patterns, and outcomes from this pilot location will inform how this model can expand into other communities, creating a repeatable system that supports women, families, and local economies long-term.

Our workspace is crafted for clarity and momentum—whether you choose the focus of a private office or the energy of our shared desk area. Clean design, natural light, and a calm, structured environment give you the space to think, create, and move your work forward with intention.
Recover
Every detail is designed to elevate your experience—from the infrared sauna and plush linens to our refined locker rooms and fresh florals. Complimentary water, assisted stretching, and chair massages create a restorative environment that supports your body as intentionally as our workspace supports your work.
Childcare
Every moment is intentionally guided—through a structured curriculum for ages 3 months to 5 years with daily developmental activities. Parents receive secure live-feed access, real-time photos, and progress updates, creating a calm, trustworthy environment where your child can grow while you work with confidence.

Restore
Every service is designed to restore and refine—offering medical aesthetics, massage therapy, facials and advanced skincare, a blow dry bar, and a head spa. With a calm, elevated environment and expert care, you can reset your body, renew your confidence, and step back into your day with intention.
Community
Every connection is built with purpose—through programs that support professional growth, fund entrepreneurs, and provide hands-on guidance and technical assistance. A collaborative, values-driven environment ensures you’re not building alone, but alongside people invested in your success.

Is a membership required?
No, you can book an appointment or purchase a coworking day pass. No membership is required.
What should I bring when I come?
To ensure you have the best experience during your visit, we recommend bringing a laptop or tablet if you plan to work, along with any necessary charging cables.
For your comfort throughout the day, consider bringing a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. If you’re planning to participate in a group fitness class or use the gym, please bring appropriate workout attire.
What is TotalCare Studio?
TotalCare Studio is a wellness-centered coworking space designed for women—especially mothers—who want to work, prioritize their health, and access reliable childcare in one place.
Who is TotalCare Studio for?
We serve working moms, entrepreneurs, remote professionals, and women seeking a balanced environment to focus, recharge, and stay consistent with their wellness routine.
Do I have to be a mom to join?
No. While we are designed with mothers in mind, any woman looking for a focused, wellness-driven workspace is welcome.
What’s included in a membership?
Memberships include access to coworking spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee and refreshments, gym access, and community events. Additional services like childcare and wellness treatments can be added.
Can I tour the space before joining?
Yes. We encourage tours so you can experience the environment and ensure it fits your needs.
Is childcare included?
Childcare is offered as an add-on service and can be scheduled based on your needs.
What ages do you accept for childcare?
We provide care for infants through age 5 Monday through Friday 8am – 4pm and evenings and weekends for children under 12 years old.
What kind of workspaces are available?
We offer open coworking areas, private rooms, and quiet zones designed for focus, calls, and productivity.
Do you offer fitness classes?
Yes. We offer group fitness classes such as Pilates, yoga, HIIT and recovery-based sessions.
What wellness services are available?
We offer skin, scalp, and body services, including facials, massages, and health-focused treatments.
What can I expect on my first visit?
